Kim Grigsby holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Spelman College and a Jurist Doctorate Degree from Howard University School of Law. For 18 years she served as an Attorney, where she worked as a state solicitor prosecuting cases for the Department of Children and Families and then in her own practice. Kim currently divides her time between working as a consultant and contract attorney, grant writer, and community activist. She works very closely with Step It Up America (SIUA) as an advocate for women, minorities, and veterans to transition into the field of IT. Additionally, Kim serves on the boards of Peachtree International Film Festival, The Influence Her Awards, and Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.
