Operations and Collections Manager
Kristy Rawson holds a PhD in Cinema and Media Studies from the University of Michigan. She brings to CDHP a broadly informed perspective on digital material culture, forged in her cultural history scholarship on ethnic and racial representation in classical era Hollywood film and musical theater. Kristy's dedication to bridging the gap between academic and public discourses guides CDHP's evolving collection, preservation, and curation strategies. She is the primary liaison facilitating the archival migration and collaboration with the Newberry Library's Digital Collections, and she manages CDHP's online finding aid.
