Board Member

From December 2016 through October 2024, Dawn M. Stanislaw served as Executive Director of Visceral Dance Chicago NFP, partnering with Founder/Artistic Director Nick Pupillo to strengthen operations and elevate the company’s profile as a leader in contemporary dance. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer and a Board member of Tampico Beverages, Inc. from 1990 to 2015, guiding the global brand—sold in more than 50 countries—through transitions from family ownership to private equity and ultimately to ESOP ownership.

She began her career as a CPA at Vitale, Caturano & Co.. Ms. Stanislaw holds a degree in Mathematics and Accounting from Simmons College and a Master’s in Taxation from DePaul University.

An active civic leader, she has served on the boards of The Joffrey Ballet, Reading In Motion, and See Chicago Dance, and volunteers with several Chicago nonprofits.
