Homer Hans Bryant began studying tap and jazz as a child in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. He performed with Dance Theater of Harlem and Chicago City Ballet before establishing Bryant Ballet, later re-named the Chicago Multicultural Dance Center. He is the creator of Hiplet™, a mix of Hip-Hop with contemporary ballet and urban dance styles.
