LOU CONTE DANCE STUDIO COLLECTION
This is a crowd-sourced archive created in partnership with the Lou Conte Dance Studio to honor its legacy and the community it fostered from 1974 to 2020.
All contributions are welcome.

-
We welcome photos, short video clips, and/or written memories from your time at LCDS with as much contextual information as possible.
- A suggested prompt: What does LCDS mean to you?
- Please email your submissions to media@chicagodancehistory.org with the subject line “LCDS Collection.”
LCDS served as a welcoming hub for dance where anyone could come and receive excellent training. We hope to capture that spirit through this project. Whether you visited once or many times, we want to hear from you, and encourage you to share this invitation with others.

To support the work to create this collection and to honor the history of LCDS,
